Space requirements can vary depending on the setup location, but generally we need a flat area with enough room for the hitting bay, projector, and safe swinging space.

Both. We can set up indoors or outdoors depending on the space and event type.

Outdoor events work great for backyards, patios, and open event spaces, while indoor setups are perfect for garages, warehouses, event venues, and corporate spaces.

Events start with a 2-hour minimum booking.

We currently offer:

* 3 Hour Fairway Experience

* 4 Hour Clubhouse Package

* 5 Hour Signature Event

* 6 Hour Masters Experience

Additional time may be added if availability allows.

Yes. Additional hours may be added for $200 per hour as long as we are not already booked for another event.

Yes. Travel within 30 miles is included in your booking.

Additional travel is charged at $3 per mile beyond the included radius.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.

Once your deposit is received, your date is officially reserved.

* Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event may receive a partial refund minus the deposit.

* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Because event dates are reserved specifically for your booking, deposits are non-refundable.

Yes. Reschedules are allowed with at least 72 hours notice.

If bad weather affects an outdoor event, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost if conditions do not allow for a safe setup.

Yes. A member of The Sticks Golf Co. team remains on-site during the event to manage the simulator, assist guests, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Absolutely. We offer children’s clubs and game modes that are fun and approachable for younger guests as well.

Yes. Our corporate and premium event packages can include:

* Tournament-style scoring

Corporate packages are custom-quoted based on the event size and duration.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons and weekends. Availability can fill quickly for corporate events, holidays, and spring/summer celebrations.
